Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Cookeville, TN

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a fulfilling OTR position that offers regular home time? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the South Central and Midwest regions with outstanding equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time:

  • Home weekly for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to spend quality time with family.

Equipment:

  • Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

  • Primarily deal with dry van freight, experiencing 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations. This allows you to focus on driving with minimal physical labor.

Pay and Miles:

  • Average earnings range from $1,100 to $1,500 per week, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

  • Routes cover Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Missouri. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
