Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide exceptional dry van routes across the Midwest with top-quality equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you have quality time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. Your assigned truck and trailer can be taken home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This allows for minimal physical work, enabling you to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles: Drivers average $900 to $1,200 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Our routes cover the Midwest, including Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. You’ll also receive $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
