Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Draper, UT

Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR position that offers weekly home time and low physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Southwest and Mountain West with excellent equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to deliver steady miles while ensuring you have time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, as long as there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations. Minimal physical work required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers average between $900 and $1,200 per week depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Routes covering New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We provide $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
