Home Time:

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are structured to ensure you have steady miles while maintaining regular family time and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
• Take your assigned truck and trailer home with safe parking availability.

No Touch Freight:

• Mainly dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
• Minimal physical work required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $1,150 to $1,500 per week depending on mileage and performance.
• Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour for layovers after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Michigan.
• All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:
