Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR position that offers weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Midwest, featuring top-notch equipment and competitive pay. Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to offer steady miles while ensuring you have ample time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, as long as there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. Minimal physical work is required, allowing you to concentrate on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers average between $1,200 to $1,600 per week, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policies, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance becomes effective on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
