Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, providing you with top-notch equipment and competitive pay. Experience the liberty of over-the-road driving while enjoying a reliable schedule that brings you home every week.

Home Time: Home each week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes ensure you receive consistent miles while allowing you to spend quality time with family and manage personal obligations.

Equipment: Drive late-model trucks, including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, all fitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for efficient heating and cooling. You may take your assigned truck and trailer home, given there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: Our freight primarily consists of dry van loads with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means minimal physical labor, allowing you to concentrate on driving and enhancing your productivity.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Our routes span Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
