Regional Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Erlanger, KY by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run regional dry‑van freight throughout the Midwest with regular dispatch out of the Chicago corridor while enjoying consistent home‑weekly schedules. In this solo CDL‑A role at HMD Trucking you’ll handle linehaul and local stops, conduct required pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, secure loads, and keep accurate logs to ensure compliant, damage‑free deliveries.
What you’ll receive:
- $0.70 per mile for all miles and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus
- Weekly home time and full health, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) and PTO
- Bonuses for orientation, clean inspections and referrals plus modern, well‑maintained tractors from a 500+ fleet
Requirements: Valid CDL‑A and at least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
