Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Fayetteville, NC
American Trucking Group is seeking skilled CDL-A drivers for our regional dry van company driver positions. Enjoy the benefit of being home weekly while earning between $1,150 and $1,500 per week based on your mileage and performance.
What We Offer:
- Consistent home time for a 34-hour reset every week.
- Freight is mainly dry van with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook deliveries, minimizing physical labor.
- Late-model trucks including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth models, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort.
- Ability to take the truck and trailer home if you have a secure parking spot.
Benefits Include:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the first of the month after 60 days.
- Company-paid life insurance up to $20,000.
- Vacation pay and a 401(k) plan with a 50% match up to 3%.
- A passenger policy after 30 days of employment.
Additional Compensation:
- Detention pay according to customer policy.
- Layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour.
- Annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
- All tolls paid through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Orientation Details:
- Three-day orientation from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations, including transportation, private hotel accommodations, and meals provided.

Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
