Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Fort Mill, SC
Join American Trucking Group as a CDL-A driver for a regional dry van opportunity in Fort Mill, SC. Enjoy the benefits of weekly home time and competitive weekly earnings between $1,150 and $1,500, depending on your performance and mileage.
Position Overview:
- OTR Dry Van Driver with weekly home time for a 34-hour reset
- Freight primarily consists of 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, reducing physical demands
- Operating area includes South Carolina and neighboring states (GA, FL, NC, TN, AL)
Our Fleet: We utilize late-model trucks such as International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control. Drivers can park their trucks and trailers at home when safe.

Compensation Details:
- Detention pay as per customer guidelines
- Layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour

Orientation Process: Orientation takes place over three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations. We offer transportation by bus or train, a private hotel room, and meals during orientation. Locations include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
