Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Gardner, MA
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR role that guarantees weekly home time and demands minimal physical exertion? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, with exceptional equipment and competitive compensation. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while adhering to a consistent schedule that gets you home each week.
Home Time:
- Home each week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are structured to ensure steady miles while allowing you to maintain family time and other personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems.
- You may take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical work required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your effectiveness.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,200 to $1,600 per week based on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policies, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Covering routes in Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
- All tolls covered with EZ Pass and toll cards.
