Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Gastonia, NC
American Trucking Group is hiring CDL-A drivers for our regional dry van company driver positions in Gastonia, NC. Experience the benefit of being home weekly while earning between $1,150 and $1,500 per week based on your mileage and performance.
What We Offer:
- Enjoy home time every week with a 34-hour reset.
- Freight consists primarily of dry van, with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook, ensuring minimal physical work.
- Drive our modern fleet of International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems.
- Take the truck and trailer home if you can park safely.
Benefits Include:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the first month after 60 days.
- Company-paid life insurance coverage of $20,000.
- Vacation pay and a 401(k) plan with a 50% match up to 3%.
- Passenger policy available after 30 days, but no pet policy.
Additional Compensation:
- Detention pay as per customer policy.
- Layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour.
- An annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
- All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Orientation Details:
- Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday, with transportation, hotel accommodation, and meals provided.

Requirements
