Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Georgetown, KY
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time and requires little physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we provide reliable dry van routes throughout the Midwest with exceptional equipment and competitive pay.
Home Time: You’ll be home each week for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you have time for family and personal commitments while achieving steady miles.
Equipment: Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight: Most of the freight is dry van, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing physical effort and letting you concentrate on driving.
Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn around $1,100 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay in accordance with customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area: Routes span Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the month after 60 days of employment. We also provide $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
