Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Grafton, ND
American Trucking Group is searching for dedicated CDL-A drivers in Grafton, ND, ready to take on a fulfilling OTR role with weekly home time and minimal physical demands.
Home Time: You will be home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to balance work with family time while enjoying steady miles.
Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight: Primarily handling 95% no-touch freight and 85% drop and hook operations, you can focus on driving with minimal physical work involved.
Pay and Miles: Earn an average weekly income of $900 to $1,200, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for safe driving.
Running Area: Our routes cover the Midwest, including North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and more. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the month after 60 days, along with $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match. A passenger policy is available after 30 days.
