Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to ensure consistent miles while allowing you to enjoy family time and personal obligations.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, ensuring safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Work mainly with dry van freight, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations. This arrangement minimizes physical work, enabling you to concentrate on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $900 and $1,200 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional benefits include detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Routes cover New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. All tolls are taken care of through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:
