Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that ensures weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West, featuring excellent equipment and competitive pay. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while maintaining a consistent schedule that gets you home every week.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, our OTR routes are crafted to deliver steady miles while allowing you to maintain family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means minimal physical work, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,000 and $1,250 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area: Our routes cover Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. All tolls are processed through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
