Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Greenville, SC

Become a part of American Trucking Group as we seek skilled CDL-A drivers for an OTR dry van position. This role offers weekly home time for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you maintain a great work-life balance.

Job Highlights:

• Run primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations, minimizing physical demands.
• Average weekly earnings between $1,150 and $1,500 depending on mileage and performance.
• Operating area includes GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model trucks including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth models, all outfitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for efficient heating and cooling.
• Take your truck and trailer home, provided there's a safe parking space.

Benefits:

• Comprehensive benefits start on the first of the month after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and $20,000 in company-paid life insurance.
• Vacation pay and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%.
• Passenger policy after 30 days with certain age restrictions. No pet policy in place.

Compensation:

• Additional earnings through detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and a safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
• All tolls covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation:

• A three-day orientation from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations, including transportation via bus or train, a private hotel room, and meals provided.
• Orientation sites include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
