Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Greenville, SC
American Trucking Group is seeking skilled CDL-A drivers for our OTR dry van positions. Enjoy weekly home time with a 34-hour reset for better work-life balance.
Key Highlights:
- Average earnings between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly, depending on mileage and performance.
- Primarily no-touch freight (95%) with 85% drop and hook, ensuring minimal physical exertion.
- Operating in the regions of GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.
Our Fleet Includes:
- Late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and the Opti-Idle system for efficient climate control.
- Drivers can take the truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.
Benefits:
- Comprehensive benefits package starting the first of the month after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Company-paid life insurance worth $20,000.
- Vacation pay and a 401(k) plan with a 50% match up to 3%.
- A passenger policy after 30 days of employment, subject to age restrictions.
Additional Compensation:
- Detention pay as per customer policy.
- Layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour.
- Annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
- All tolls covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.
Orientation:
- Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations.
- Transportation provided by bus or train, along with a private hotel room and meals included.
- Orientation sites include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
