Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that allows for weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Pacific Northwest, allowing you the freedom of over-the-road driving while adhering to a consistent schedule that ensures you’re home weekly.

Home Time: Return home every week for a 34-hour reset, enabling you to maintain family ties and personal commitments.

Equipment: You will operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control. Take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Our freight primarily consists of dry van loads with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, allowing you to concentrate on driving without the burden of excessive physical labor.

Pay and Miles: Drivers earn an average of $1,000 to $1,250 per week, depending on mileage and performance, with extra compensation options including detention pay according to customer policy, $12 per hour for layover after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes span across Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming, with all tolls handled via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the first of the month after 60 days of employment, alongside $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
