Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Hamden, CT

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a rewarding OTR position with consistent home time? At American Trucking Group, we provide regional dry van routes across the Northeast, ensuring you have top-notch equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
• Our routes are designed to allow you to maintain a healthy balance between work and family obligations.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort.
• You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, as long as there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
• Minimal physical work allows you to concentrate on driving effectively.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings of $1,150, depending on mileage and performance.
• Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
• All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
