Operate regional dry‑van runs across the Midwest, with routes tied to Chicago and nearby terminals. HMD emphasizes predictable, home‑weekly schedules and transparent, mileage-based pay.

What you'll do:

Safely operate company dry‑van tractors on regional lanes, completing pickups and deliveries on schedule.
Communicate with dispatch, keep accurate trip records, and perform routine pre/post‑trip inspections.
Secure freight and maintain professional customer interactions at delivery locations.

Compensation & benefits:

$0.70 cents per mile for all miles driven and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus.
Weekly home time, health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), PTO, orientation/inspection/referral bonuses, and modern equipment from a 500+ truck fleet.

Qualifications:

Valid CDL‑A and at least 12 months verifiable commercial driving experience.
