Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that ensures weekly home time with minimal physical demands? Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to provide steady miles while allowing you to maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: We primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means minimal physical work required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers earn an average of $1,000 to $1,450 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Northeast regional routes from Maine to Virginia. All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance start the first month after 60 days of employment. We also offer $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
