Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Hendersonville, TN

American Trucking Group is hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van position that offers weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.

Position Highlights:

• The freight is primarily dry van, with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook, minimizing physical effort.
• Average earnings range from $1,150 to $1,500 weekly based on mileage and performance.
• The running area includes GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.
• We utilize modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort.

Benefits Package:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, start on the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
• Additionally, you’ll receive vacation pay and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%.
• A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions based on the season.
• Please note, there is no pet policy.

Additional Compensation:

• Detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
• All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation Overview:

• Orientation lasts for three days from Tuesday to Thursday at multiple locations, with transportation, hotel stays, and meals provided.
• Orientation sites include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
