Home Time:

Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles, allowing you to enjoy regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

Operate late-model trucks including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth models featuring 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control.
Your assigned truck and trailer can be taken home, given safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations.
Minimal physical labor is required, letting you focus on driving and increasing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

Drivers earn an average of $1,150 to $1,500 per week, depending on mileage and performance.
Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area:

Routes cover Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Michigan, with all tolls taken care of via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

A passenger policy becomes available after 30 days, with certain age restrictions.
