Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - High Point, NC

American Trucking Group is looking for CDL-A drivers for our OTR dry van positions in High Point. Enjoy weekly home time with a 34-hour reset. Our freight is primarily dry van, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, allowing for less physical strain.

Compensation Overview:

  • Weekly pay ranging from $1,150 to $1,500 based on performance and mileage.
  • Operate in the regions of GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.
  • Drive late-model trucks such as International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort.
  • Take your truck and trailer home as long as there's a safe parking location available.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month after 60 days.
  • Company-paid life insurance valued at $20,000.
  • Vacation pay and 401(k) plan with a 50% company match on contributions up to 3%.
  • Passenger policy available after 30 days, with age restrictions.

Additional Earnings:

  • Detention pay based on customer policies and layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour.
  • Annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for those with accident-free records.
  • All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation Information:

  • Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations.
  • We provide transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals throughout orientation.

Requirements

  • • Valid CDL Class A license
  • • Clean driving record
  • • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
  • • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
