Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR position that guarantees weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Pacific Northwest, ensuring you have the freedom of over-the-road driving while adhering to a consistent schedule that gets you home every week.

Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset, enabling you to balance family time and personal commitments.

Equipment: You will drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for efficient heating and cooling. Your assigned truck and trailer can be taken home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Our operations mainly involve dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, focusing on driving while minimizing physical work.

Pay and Miles: Drivers average between $1,000 and $1,250 weekly based on mileage and performance, with additional compensation options such as detention pay per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Routes cover Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming, with all tolls handled through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment. You’ll also receive $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.
