Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Huntsville, AL
American Trucking Group is seeking skilled CDL-A drivers for our OTR dry van positions in Huntsville. We offer weekly home time for a 34-hour reset, allowing drivers to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
What We Offer:
- Competitive earnings ranging from $1,150 to $1,500 weekly, based on mileage and performance.
- Primarily no-touch freight, with 85% drop and hook, minimizing physical labor.
- Operate late-model trucks including International Pro Stars and Freightliner Cascadias, equipped with modern amenities.
- Truck and trailer can be taken home with safe parking available.
Benefits:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting on the first of the month after 60 days.
- $20,000 in company-paid life insurance.
- Paid vacation and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%.
- Passenger policy after 30 days, with age restrictions.
Additional Perks:
- Detention pay per customer policy and layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour.
- Annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
- All tolls covered through EZ Pass.
Orientation:
- Lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations, with transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals provided.
Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
