Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you have time for family and personal commitments while on the road.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Predominantly dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing you to focus on driving without heavy physical labor.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,000 and $1,250 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional pay includes detention based on customer policy, $12 per hour for layover after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes span Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first month following 60 days of employment, along with $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
