Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Serve regional dry‑van lanes across the Midwest, operating from Chicago and supporting freight movements to Independence, KY. HMD offers steady, home‑weekly work and straightforward mileage pay.
Your Role:
- Safely operate dry van equipment on scheduled regional routes and meet customer delivery windows.
- Complete pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate trip and inspection records.
- Coordinate with dispatch to keep loads moving efficiently.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $0.70 per mile and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus, plus access to a modern 500+ truck fleet, health/dental/vision plans, 401(k), PTO, and performance bonuses.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL‑A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable commercial driving experience.
