Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Indianapolis, IN
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR role that allows for weekly home time and requires minimal physical effort? Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes ensure steady miles, letting you maintain quality time with family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks featuring 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there's safe parking available.
No Touch Freight:
- Mostly dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical work, enabling you to concentrate on driving and enhancing your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,100 per week based on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Covering routes in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky. All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits:

- $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%.
- A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.

Requirements
