Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Iowa City, IA
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a dedicated role that offers outstanding home time and competitive pay? Join American Trucking Group for dedicated Dollar Tree delivery routes throughout the Midwest and South, utilizing modern equipment and promising earning potential.
Home Time: Enjoy the convenience of being home weekly for a 34-hour reset with predictable schedules that allow for valuable family time and personal commitments.
Equipment: Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths, which come equipped with 1,200-1,500 watt inverters. You can park at terminals or take your truck home with secure parking available.
Touch Freight: Manage 100% touch freight deliveries to Dollar Tree locations, with 50-60% of loads being drop and hook and the rest involving live unload for diverse daily operations.
Pay and Miles: Drivers typically run about 1,800 miles and complete 4 loads, averaging $1,400 weekly after taxes. Receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus plus additional compensation, including detention pay of $12.50/hour after the second hour and layover pay of $100/day (excluding Sundays).
Running Area: Our dedicated routes cover Dollar Tree deliveries across North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana.
