Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Jackson, MS

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding OTR role that allows you to return home weekly with minimal physical demands? Home Time:

Enjoy weekly home time for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are planned to provide reliable miles while allowing you to spend quality time with family and attend to personal commitments.

Equipment:

Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks featuring 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there is secure parking available.

No Touch Freight:

Focus on driving with primarily dry van freight that is 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook. Experience minimal physical labor, enhancing your efficiency on the road.

Pay and Miles:

Average earnings range from $900 to $1,200 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and a safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area:

Cover Southeast regional routes including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. All toll expenses are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

Medical, dental, and vision insurance begin the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
