Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that provides weekly home time and minimal physical demands? American Trucking Group offers dry van routes across the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West with outstanding equipment and competitive compensation. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while maintaining a consistent schedule that ensures you’re home every week.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, our OTR routes are designed to deliver steady miles while allowing you to balance your family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily dealing with dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This allows for minimal physical work, letting you focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,000 and $1,250 weekly, based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area: Routes cover Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. All tolls are managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
