Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR role that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical demands? Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while allowing you to maintain important family time and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily involve dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means minimal physical work is required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 per week, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy will be available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
