Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Johnson City, TN
Join the American Trucking Group as a Regional Dry Van Driver in Johnson City, TN. We are seeking qualified CDL-A drivers for our Over-the-Road (OTR) dry van positions, enabling you to return home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
Position Overview:
- Pay: Drivers can expect to earn between $1,150 and $1,500 per week, depending on mileage and performance.
- Freight Type: Primarily dry van freight, with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook, reducing physical effort.
- Coverage Area: Operating in GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.
Fleet Information: We utilize a fleet of modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with:
- 1,500-watt inverters
- Opti-Idle systems for temperature control
Home Time Policy: Drivers are allowed to take their truck and trailer home, given there is a safe parking space available.

Orientation Process: Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday in various locations. We provide transportation by bus or train, as well as a private hotel room and meals during the orientation.
Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
