Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Joliet, IL
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR role that ensures weekly home time and minimal physical labor? Home Time:
- Enjoy being home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are intentionally designed to provide steady miles while ensuring you keep up with family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
- Take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there is safe parking available.
No Touch Freight:
- Focus on driving with 95% no-touch freight and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing physical demands and maximizing your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range from $1,200 to $1,600 per week, depending on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All toll expenses are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Requirements
