Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Kennesaw, GA
American Trucking Group is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van position with weekly home time. Enjoy a 34-hour reset and a strong work-life balance.
Position Highlights:
- Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, ensuring minimal physical labor.
- Average earnings range from $1,150 to $1,500 weekly, influenced by mileage and performance.
- Operating areas include GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.
- Drive late-model trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and the Opti-Idle system for comfort.

- Benefits kick in on the first of the month after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Company-paid life insurance of $20,000, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% match up to 3%.
- Passenger policy available after 30 days (age restrictions apply).

Additional Compensation:
- Detention pay based on customer policy and layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour.
- Annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
- All tolls covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.
Orientation Details:
- Orientation spans three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations, including Kennesaw, GA.
- Transportation provided by bus or train, along with a private hotel room and meals during orientation.
Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
