Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Knoxville, TN
Join the American Trucking Group as a Regional Dry Van Driver in Knoxville, TN. We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for our Over-the-Road (OTR) dry van positions, offering you the opportunity to return home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
Key Highlights:
- Pay Range: Drivers can earn between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly based on mileage and performance.
- Freight Type: Our loads are primarily dry van, with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook, ensuring minimal physical labor.
- Running Area: Covering regions in GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.
Equipment: We operate a fleet of late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with:
- 1,500-watt inverters
- Opti-Idle system for efficient heating and cooling
Home Time: Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, provided there's a safe parking spot available.

- Passenger policy available after 30 days of employment (age restrictions apply).

Additional Compensation:
- Detention pay based on customer policies.
- Layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour.
- Annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
- All tolls covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.
Orientation Details: Orientation lasts three days, from Tuesday to Thursday, at various locations. We provide transportation by bus or train and ensure a comfortable stay with a private hotel room, breakfast, and lunch included during orientation.
Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
