Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - La Vergne, TN
Become a Regional Dry Van Driver with the American Trucking Group in La Vergne, TN. We are hiring skilled CDL-A drivers for our Over-the-Road (OTR) dry van positions, offering you weekly home time for a 34-hour reset.
Key Features:
- Compensation: Drivers can earn between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly based on mileage and performance.
- Freight Type: Most of our freight is dry van, with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook, minimizing your physical workload.
- Driving Area: Covering GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.
Fleet Information: We utilize a fleet of late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, featuring:
- 1,500-watt inverters
- Opti-Idle systems for climate control
Home Time: Drivers are permitted to take their truck and trailer home, provided there is a safe parking space.

Orientation Process: Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations. We provide transportation by bus or train, as well as a private hotel room and meals during the orientation.
Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
