Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - La Vergne, TN

Join the team at American Trucking Group as a Regional Dry Van Driver. This position offers the opportunity to be home weekly for a 34-hour reset.

Key Details:

• Freight is primarily dry van, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, ensuring minimal physical labor.
• Average earnings range from $1,150 to $1,500 weekly based on mileage and performance.
• Operating areas include GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all featuring 1,500-watt inverters and the Opti-Idle system.
• Take your truck and trailer home if a safe parking spot is available.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
• $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%.
• A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.

Additional Compensation:

• Detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
• All tolls are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation:

• Lasts three days, Tuesday to Thursday, at various locations. We provide transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals during orientation.
