Requirements
- 2+ years of CDL-A experience preferred.
- A clean MVR for the last 3 years is preferred (no points are ideal).
- Ability to pass DOT physical & drug screening.
- You must be willing to follow instructions and assist with hand unloading when necessary.
- Reliable attendance and clear communication with dispatch are essential.
Benefits
- Hourly rate starting at $33–$38/hour.
- Discount Tire unloading incentive (when required): $0.15 per tire unloaded. Extra pay is based on the tire count and the number of unloading stop points required.
- Home time: most drivers work 5 to 6 days per week, with most weekends off.
- 1,500 and 3,000 miles avg. per week.
- Health benefits (medical, dental, vision if offered).
- 401(k) plan.
- PTO.
- Most trucks are equipped with automatic transmissions.
- Manual transmission trucks are available for drivers who prefer a manual.
- In-house maintenance is provided to minimize downtime.

Based in Lakewood, WA, you’ll operate CDL Class A dry vans for IL Logistics, running routes throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely execute assigned local and regional lanes, adhering to pickup and delivery protocols
- Complete all necessary DOT paperwork and maintain electronic logs
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and uphold truck cleanliness
Additional Tasks:
- Assist with manual unloading and scanning of Discount Tire loads
- Coordinate effectively with dispatch during both daytime and nighttime operations
