Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Laplace, LA

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR role that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical exertion? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Southeast, featuring top-notch equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time: Return home each week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to enjoy quality time with family while driving consistent miles.

Equipment: Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks fitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for optimal comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Focus primarily on dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations, which means less physical work and more time to drive efficiently.

Pay and Miles: On average, drivers earn between $900 and $1,200 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional benefits include detention pay based on customer policies, $12 per hour for layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Our routes span the Southeast, covering Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 of company-paid life insurance, vacation time, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days.

Requirements
