Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Las Cruces, NM

Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR role that provides weekly home time and minimal physical labor? Join American Trucking Group where we offer dry van routes across the Southwest and Mountain West with outstanding equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time:

• Return home each week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to ensure you get steady miles while keeping regular family time and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your designated truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations. This allows you to focus on driving without excessive physical demands.

Pay and Miles:

• Expect to earn between $900 and $1,200 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional pay includes detention as per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Routes include New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. All tolls are managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.
