Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Laurel, DE

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that provides regular home time with minimal physical demands? American Trucking Group is hiring for dry van routes across the Northeast, offering exceptional equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to maintain steady miles while spending quality time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate comfort. You may take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Most freight is dry van with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. Enjoy minimal physical work, allowing you to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn between $1,000 and $1,450 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining a clean driving record.

Running Area: Our routes cover the Northeast from Maine to Virginia, with all tolls paid through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the month after 60 days of employment. We also offer $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
