Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a great OTR opportunity that offers weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Southwest and Mountain West, with excellent equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time: Be home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to ensure you receive steady miles while allowing you to maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive our fleet of late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: Most of our freight is dry van, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations. This means minimal physical labor, allowing you to focus on driving and increasing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers earn an average of $900 to $1,200 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Our routes extend across New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
