Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that combines weekly home time with minimal physical demands? American Trucking Group offers dry van routes across the Southwest and Mountain West regions, featuring excellent equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time: Return home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles, ensuring you have regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there is safe parking.

No Touch Freight: Most of our freight is dry van, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations. This means minimal physical effort, allowing you to concentrate on driving and improving efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can earn between $900 and $1,200 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Our routes cover New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also provide $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
