Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that provides consistent home time and minimal physical demands? Home Time:

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are crafted to ensure you have steady miles while allowing for regular family time and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks outfitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfortable heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing physical work so you can focus on driving and maximizing efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $900 and $1,200 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour, and a safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Cover Midwest routes through states including Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia. All tolls are taken care of via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Company-paid life insurance of $20,000, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
