Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Lexington, KY

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time? Join American Trucking Group for dry van routes throughout the South Central and Midwest regions, featuring excellent equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time: Return home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to provide steady miles while allowing you to prioritize family time and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily handle dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing your physical workload and enabling you to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings typically range from $1,100 to $1,500 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes cover Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Missouri, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
