Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Lisbon, ME
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR position that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes across the Northeast utilizing high-quality equipment and competitive compensation.
Home Time: You’ll be home weekly for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to spend quality time with family and personal obligations.
Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort. You may take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight: Enjoy primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing physical work and allowing you to focus on driving efficiently.
Pay and Miles: Drivers average between $1,000 to $1,450 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area: Our routes cover the Northeast from Maine to Virginia, with all tolls handled through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits: We provide medical, dental, and vision insurance that begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment, along with $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy becomes available after 30 days with age restrictions.
