Home Time:

• Enjoy weekly home time for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to provide consistent miles while allowing you to spend quality time with family and manage personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You may take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

• Work primarily with dry van freight, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations. This setup minimizes physical demands and enables you to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $900 and $1,200 per week, influenced by mileage and performance. Additional benefits include detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Our routes span across New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance start the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional perks include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.
