Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join HMD Trucking as a regional CDL A dry van driver servicing the Midwest, with assignments operating out of Chicago and routes including Lorain, OH. You’ll enjoy dependable home-weekly schedules and clear, mileage-based compensation.
What you’ll receive:
- $0.70 cents per mile for all miles driven
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Weekly home time and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO)
- Extra orientation, clean-inspection and referral bonuses and access to modern trucks from a 500+ fleet
Daily responsibilities & requirements:
- Safely operate dry van equipment, perform pre/post-trip inspections, keep accurate logs, and adhere to Hours of Service
- CDL A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable commercial driving experience required
